Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UKAI ("the Service"), operated by Ultra Knowledge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta / MVP Status

UKAI is currently in beta / MVP stage. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime or data preservation during the beta period, though we will make reasonable efforts to protect your data.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you provide. You must not share your account with others or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to UKAI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your knowledge base data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

UKAI requires you to provide your own API keys for AI providers. You are responsible for any costs incurred with those providers. We are not liable for charges from third-party AI services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store or process illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Knowledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Given the beta nature of the Service, total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
