UKAI ("we", "our", "us") is a personal knowledge base service operated by Ultra Knowledge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account Information: We use Supabase for authentication. When you sign up, we collect your email address and securely store your authentication credentials via Supabase Auth.
Knowledge Data: Content you add to your knowledge base (documents, notes, extractions) is stored using Graphiti and Neo4j as the underlying knowledge graph database. This data belongs to you.
AI API Keys (BYOK): UKAI operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Your AI provider API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) are stored encrypted and are only used to make API calls on your behalf. We never share your keys with third parties.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard security practices. Knowledge graph data is stored in Neo4j. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable.
